The work I do—this healing and remembering—takes place on the ancestral and unceded lands of the Hinono’ei (Arapaho), Tsistsistas (Cheyenne), and Núuchiu (Ute) people in what is now called Boulder, Colorado. I also honor the legacy of enslaved Africans, whose stolen lives and brilliance built the foundations of the systems we are still working to dismantle and heal from.

Healing happens in context. It requires truth, repair, and a commitment to "right relationship." Because this work cannot be separated from the people who have protected this wisdom through generations of erasure, I donate a portion of all revenue from natural medicine services directly to Black and Indigenous-led organizations, communities and teachers.
