who am i?
Welcome, I’m Spencer.

For over a decade, I worked in international development, collaborating with grassroots leaders across more than 100 countries. But behind that professional drive, I was quietly unraveling. In 2019, the accumulated weight of burnout, PTSD, anxiety, and depression led to a complete collapse.
My path back to life—my coming home to myself—began when I stopped trying to survive a world that wasn't built for me and started tuning inward. By embracing my neurowild self (hello, AuDHD!) and experiencing the profound care of psychedelic and natural medicines, I contacted a vital truth: healing happens when we learn to connect with and trust the innate wisdom held within our own bodies.
I continue to walk this path because being human is beautiful, brutal, and complex. Through expanded states of consciousness, the heavy stories and trauma we carry may finally be given permission to be seen, felt, softened, thawed, and moved.

Spencer, looks at camera with a soft closed-mouth smile, hair up in a bun with a white headband catching the untamed flyaways, right ear tattoo showing, wearing a sage green athleisure quarter-zip.
A Sanctuary for Transformation
I offer a creative sanctuary of care and curiosity for those whose current lives can no longer sustain their souls. This work is not about "fixing" you. You are not broken. It is a sacred process of remembering—your story, your gifts, your rhythm, and your raw authenticity.
In our work together, every single part of you—the heartbroken, the weird, the angry, the exhausted, the messy, and the brilliant—is entirely welcome.
Healing is...
Personal. Political. Messy. Revolutionary.
Sometimes excruciating. Often radiant. Always sacred.
Because healing can tear you apart and piece you back together in unexpected ways, I don't show up as a rigid, detached expert. I show up as a whole human—with deep tenderness, lived experience, and an unwavering respect for your unique self.
My job is to hold hope for the change you crave, serving as a grounded anchor so you don’t have to navigate the wild topography of healing alone. Together, we will nurture a space for the parts of you that are ready to be remembered, felt, reclaimed, and rooted again.
If you are feeling ready, or even just curious to explore what your body already knows how to heal, I am here.
With love,
Spencer
